- 15 oz. can of chickpeas
1 fresh avocado
1 tbsp evoo
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 to 2 limes (depending on how juicy they are)
Salt and Pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 Fresh Serrano Pepper (if you want a little spice)
- Drain and Rinse chickpeas.
- Add all ingredients to blender or food chopper and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with extra cilantro and serve with your favorite veggies or chips.
