Refreshing Avocado Hummus

The creaminess of the avocado plus the refreshing hint of cilantro, make this treat hard to stop eating.  This recipe is great in wraps and also as a healthy afternoon snack . For a little kick, add a fresh pepper into the mix. Ingredients 15 oz. can of chickpeas 1 fresh avocado 1 tbsp evoo 1 clove
