Cookie Bars

My boys always have the munchies.  Sometimes I buy them granola bars but they would rather have homemade.  Whenever I have some leftover bananas I whip up this easy recipe since I would much rather have them snack on these.  My son always calls granola bars “cookie bars” I guess it makes them sound yummier
